The primary focus is your senior fieldwork experience and its connection to the 10 Essential Public Health Services and the broader role of dental hygienists in advancing public health. Although this section must include specific components, an overview of your mentor and site, a log of hours and activities, journal entries, and a literature review related to an identified issue within your fieldwork, this is intended to be the most student- centered portion of the portfolio.
